Caregiving taught me that self-care isn't optional—it's essential. But I also learned that luxury doesn't have to mean expensive, and "me time" doesn't require hours you don't have. 

These scrubs exist because I needed them. Five minutes in the shower became my daily reset—the moment I gave back to myself so I could keep giving to others. I wanted that moment to feel special, to use ingredients that actually worked, and to be affordable enough that I didn't feel guilty buying them.
